Ryota Mishima (the “Operator”) handles customers’ personal information appropriately on the website “RYOTA MISHIMA” (https://www.mishimaxxx.com, the “Site”) in accordance with the following policy.

This Site may collect the following information:

  • When you purchase a work: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. Payment is processed on the screen of our payment service provider (Stripe); the Operator never receives or stores payment information such as credit card numbers.
  • When you contact us: your name, email address and the content of your inquiry.
  • When you browse the Site: access information such as cookies, IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

The Site has no membership registration or login. The contents of your cart are stored only in your browser.

2. Purposes of use

  1. Confirming orders, shipping works and processing payments
  2. Contacting you about orders, shipping and inquiries
  3. Handling returns, exchanges and other after-sales service
  4. Preventing fraudulent transactions
  5. Understanding and improving how the Site is used

  • Shipping: we provide your name, address and phone number to the carrier in order to ship your order.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses an analytics tool (Google Analytics) to understand how it is used. This tool collects access information using cookies, but it does not include information that identifies individuals. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can stop collection by Google Analytics with the opt-out add-on provided by Google. During payment, Stripe may use cookies to prevent fraud.

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss or alteration of personal information.
